 How It Works: Running Generative AI on sensitive IP traditionally required a trade-off: build a slow, expensive on-premise cluster, or risk data leakage on the public cloud. The ATAI Shield removes the compromise by integrating security directly into the compute stack. 

 

1. The Confidential Compute Engine

We utilise hardware-based Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) that isolate your workload from the rest of the infrastructure.

  • Encrypted in Memory (RAM): Unlike standard clouds, data is never decrypted in the system memory during processing.
  • Verifiable Privacy: Cryptographic proofs allow you to verify that your code—and only your code—is running on the silicon.
  • The Result: A "Clean Room" for AI training on shared, high-performance infrastructure.


2. The Physical Infrastructure (The Sovereign Core)

Security starts at the physical layer. Our primary clusters in the UK's "Resilient Triangle" (Chester, Bristol, Birmingham) are purpose-built for AI density.
