 The nLighten edge data center in Chester (MAN1) is a high availability and secure facility with 2,040 m² of dedicated colocation space and 6,000 kW of power. It is located between Chester and Manchester, close to the M56 motorway and just 30 minutes by car from the Liverpool John Lennon Airport and 45 minutes from Manchester Airport. 

Our large 47U racks are paired with substantial power capabilities—dual Three Phase 400V/125 Amp power feeds, scalable up to 48kW racks. This paired with Rear Door Heat Exchanger (RDHx) cooling.

ATAI at nLighten Chester offers a choice of multiple carriers for Internet transit and private fibre circuits, ensuring robust and flexible connectivity options. Current carriers on-site include BT, Virgin Media and Vodafone. We have established cross-connects with several of these carriers to facilitate easy integration and optimised network performance.
